Use this page to deploy a new SPA3102 adaptor on CMS-Link

  1. You are configuring this adaptor to connect to Public Test.  If this is the wrong CMS, please change the web page URL.
  2. Install the SPA3102 as shown below.  Using the laptop connected to the SPA3102's Ethernet port, access this web page and click the Deploy button.  This step can also be performed in the office (if your network is suitable) prior to installing at the customer's premises.  The SPA3102 will remember it's configuration when powered off.
  3. Make sure the panel is programmed to dial '1000' as the primary phone number and '2000' as the secondary.  Set to Contact ID reporting and ensure the account number is set correctly.

Technical note: The SPA3102 requires a network with a DHCP server and unrestricted access to the internet for outgoing connections.  Most home and business networks satisfy this critera, but some corporate networks, or networks with additional security may not.  For detailed firewall requirements or SPA3102s with a fixed IP, please contact us.
